This is a very thirst quenching drink. It is also used with plain rice in Kerala.
Ingredients:
- 250 gms plain yogurt
- 1 inch ginger sliced
- 2 green chillies
- 1 shallot sliced
- salt as per taste
- 100 ml water
Method:
- Crush the ginger, green chillies and shallot
- Beat the yogurt and mix the water with it
- Mix the crushed green masala and salt with the yogurt mixture.
- Serve it with rice and curry.
